Yant Gao Yord (The Nine Sacred Peaks of Mount Meru)
Foundational nine-spired architectural yantra representing the nine peaks of cosmological Mount Meru and the nine supreme virtues of the Buddha (Navaharaguna), central to the Wat Bang Phra lineage.
Constructed as a stepped pyramidal base of interlocking rectangular cells housing the nine syllables of the Navaharaguna (A-Sang-Wi-Su-Lo-Pu-Sa-Pu-Pa), surmounted by nine pointed lotus buds and nine ascending Unalome spires. In traditional placement, it occupies the upper cervical base of the neck (Nape) or the top border of a Phayant cloth.
In the Wat Bang Phra monastic tradition of Luang Phor Him and Luang Phor Pern (Nakhon Pathom), Yant Gao Yord serves as the foundational master diagram (Yant Khru) inscribed before any secondary zoomorphic or stave yantra. Each spire anchors one of the nine qualities of the Buddha from the Itipiso verse.
