01Literal Translation (EN)
The signature two-word Pali meditation mantra('Samma Arahang' — 'Rightly Worthy / Free of Defilements') taught by Phra Mongkol Thepmuni (Luang Phor Sodh Candasaro, BE 2427–2502) of Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen, Bangkok.
Between BE 2493 and BE 2499(1950–1956 CE), Luang Phor Sodh and the Wat Paknam meditation assembly consecrated the three canonical batches of Phra Phong Khong Khwan Wat Paknam (Roon 1, 2, and 3, compounded from jasmine flowers, chalk powder, banana, and tung oil/shellac) while fixing attention at the center of the body (ฐานที่ 7) with the mantra Samma Arahang.
