Invocation of the Lanna In Koo celestial archetype with receptive harmony (Sampaticchami)
Ci-Ce-Ru-Ni Cittang
The 4 Abhidhamma realities governing consciousness and mental affinity
01Literal Translation (EN)
Unites the Northern Thai(Lanna) liturgy for In Koo (paired male-female figures symbolizing primordial harmony and reciprocity, famously consecrated by Kruba Wang of Wat Ban Den, Tak) with the Central Thai invocation of Paetch Payatorn (a celestial Vidyadhara/Gandharva of the Himmapan forest).
In Lanna folk cosmology, In(อินทร์) refers to the primordial first couple descended from the Brahma heavens whose mutual harmony sustains the household.
Kruba Wang Phromseno(BE 2434–2516) cast miniature brass/bronze In Koo and painted Pha Yant Ma Sep Nang on hand-woven cotton, inscribing Lanna Tham characters for Ci-Ce-Ru-Ni(the Abhidhamma mind factors) and Piyang Mama.
